What We Believe

Choice Hills Baptist Church takes a kind, but unapologetic stand upon our faith in God and His word. We hold these beliefs sincerely because of our personal, thoughtful study of the scripture. We teach and share these truths in love.
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible. It is the truth, and it is our foundational guide, both in our church and in our personal lives. We use the historical-grammatical method of biblical interpretation. We use the King James Bible exclusively.
Salvation
Salvation from sin is a gift of God, given by the grace of God, through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross. We affirm Christ’s bodily resurrection. All that repent and trust in Christ alone are forgiven of all their sin and saved from eternal condemnation in the lake of fire.
The Church
We are an independent, unaffiliated local Baptist church. Our associations with others are voluntary and based upon common faith and practice.
Doctrinal Hot Topics
We are premillennial. We are non-charismatic. We identify neither as Calvinist nor Arminian.
